Chuk Obasi

CHUK OBASI (First Messenger/Theoclymenus Understudy) graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2005 with a B.A. in Communication (double minor in musical theatre and dance), since Chuk's professional career has included work in regional, Off Broadway, touring, commercial, and film/television productions in New York and all across the east coast.  Recent stage credits include the New York Fringe Festival production of Story Time with Mr. Buttermen, the new gospel play A Second Time Around at the George Street Playhouse (New Jersey), TE'As (Theatre, Engagement & Action) Build the Peace Tour, which concluded its run of the play Under the Veil in February 2012, and The Silk Road Project at Central Park’s Summer Stage 2011, where he collaborated as an assistant choreographer with Damien Woetzle, Yo-Yo Ma, and Tony Award winner, Bill Irwin.
